First Time For Everything Duel
#1 of Let's Duel
This story is about a black planther twenty years of age and loves to duel. And that panther is me Spencer Jock the writer of the Enigma Story series. I've always wanted to write a Yu-Gi-Oh story now here's my chance. For those who don't know about it. It'll be explained as the story goes on. *Activates duel disk* Let's Duel.
My story begins one summer day I was dueling against my friend who was a coyote named Jackie he's about my age. And a first rank duelist, like me. In this story if you have cross necklace your one of the top five duelist. And if you have a dog tag your ranked six to ten.
My LP: 2000 Jackie LP: 1000
On my side of the field was a Gearfried The Iron Knight ATK/1800 DEF/1600, Des Volstgalph ATK/2200 DEF/1700 and four cards face down with one card in hand. On Jackie side a Red-Eyes Black Metal Dragon ATK/2800 DEF/2400 and one card face down with three cards in hand. And it his turn.
Jackie drew his card and thought 'Okay he has four cards face down, with two monsters in attack position'. "I activate Mystical Space Typhoon. To destroy your right face down card". A gust of wind blew and destroyed my card.
"You activated my Lucky Iron Axe special effect. When it's sent to the graveyard do to a card effect you control, I get to draw one card. And my dragon gains two hundred attack points". ATK/2400 DEF/1700. With that said as I drew my card.
"That card won't save you not even your dragon. Now, Metal Dragon attack his dragon with Flash Flare Blast" He commanded. The Dragon fired it's attack.
"You triggered my trap. Go Spellbinding Circle" The trap card revealed itself. A circle formed around his dragon.
"No. My dragon!!!" He shouted. "I set one card face down and end my turn". He put a card in a slot and a card image appeared behind his dragon.
I drew my card "I activate Polymerization. To fuse my three Blue-Eyes White Dragons from my hand". My face down card revealed itself. Then a three-headed dragon appeared. ATK/4500 DEF/3800. Des Volstgalph ATK/2600 DEF/1700. I continued "Next I activate the spell card Quick Attack. This card let's my fusion monster attack the same turn it was created". Des Volstgalph ATK/2800 DEF/1700.
"Now. Attack Des Volstgalph" I commanded and both both dragons destroyed each other. "Ultimate Dragon attack him directly with Nuetron Blast".
All three dragon heads fired at the same time. Jackie was hit and blasted on his back.

The smoke cleared and the holograms disappeared, I walked up to Jackie to check on him. "You alright?" I asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine". He answered and got up.
"That was a good duel, but I gotta say I'm still undefeated". I said
"I'll get you next time, Spence. Does Ted get new cards today?" He asked
"I think he does. If he does I think he'll have that Shinning Dragon card". I answered. We started walking to the shop. Then somebody said "Excellent dueling skills". We turned around to see who it was. It was a white fox dressed in white with a white trench coat on, named Smith. Smith is one of the best duelists in the world and rich too. And with the longest undefeated streak.
"Thank's" I said
"I didn't get your name" Smith said
"The name is Spencer". I said
"Oh, I heard of you. Your the one with the undefeated streak, aren't ya?" He asked
"Yeah, wait you heard of me?" I asked with a surprised tone
"Yeah, your the talk of the town. How is it somebody like you end up hanging with some one like him?" He pointed at Jackie.
"You talkin to me Smith?". Jackie said getting upset.
"No, I'm talking to the person behind of course you". Smith said Sarcastically.
"You know what, I challenge you to a duel" Jackie said.
"Please, me duel you, I have a better challenge playing Solitaire" Smith continued "You wouldn't even last a minute against me". He said.
"What, you scared to duel me?" Jackie asked sounding cocky.
"Now that you put it that way, I challenge you". Smith said and pointed at me.
"I'll take you on when and where?" I accepted his challenge.
"Right here, right now". Smith activated his duel disk and put his deck in it.
I did the same "Since, I'm in a good mode today, I'll let you go first Smith".
My LP:4000 Smith LP:4000
"Fine". He drew his six cards "I play Red-Eyes Baby Chick (ATK/800 DEF/500) and two cards face down. And end my turn". A dragon egg appeared and it cracked revealing a baby dragon. Two card images appeared behind the tiny dragon.
"My move". I drew my sixth card "First I summon Kaiser Sea Horse (ATK/1700 DEF/1650) attack his Baby Chick".
"I activate Threating Roar". Smith countered
The card showed itself and a loud roar stopped my monster attack before it landed.
"I set two cards face down and end my turn". Two card images appeared
Smith drew his card "I give up my Chick to summon Red-Eyes Black Dragon (ATK/2400 DEF/2000) next I activate the field spell Mountain". He put the card in the field slot and the hologram projected a mountain terrain (Red-Eyes ATK/2600 DEF/2200)
"I activate Stamping Destruction on your left card and you lose five hundred life points". My card shattered.
My LP:3500 Smith LP:4000
"Red-Eyes attack with Inferno Fire Blast". Smith commanded
"Go Shadow Spell. Your dragon loses seven hundred attack points" The card revealed itself and chains came out and wrapped around his dragon (ATK/1900 DEF/2200)
"I set one card face down and end my turn". Smith said
I drew my card "I give up my Kaiser Sea Horse. To summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon (ATK/3200 DEF/2700) attack white White Lightning"
My LP:3500 Smith LP:2700
"I end my turn". I said
"Bravo, I'll give you that much. You got some skill, but there's a reason why I'm the best. And I'll show you. Stand back" He drew his card. "I activate Soul Resurrection. To bring back my Red-Eyes in deffense mode (ATK/2600 DEF/2200) I set a monster face down and give up my Red-Eyes. To summon Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon (ATK/3200 DEF/2200) and set one card face down".
I drew my card "If you think that was good, then your gonna love this. I summon Drillago (ATK/1600 DEF/1100) when he summon to the field and you have a monster with attack sixteen hundred or more he can attack you directly". I said as my monster attacked him.
My LP:3500 Smith LP:1100
"Next I activate Polymerization to fuse my three Blue-Eyes White Dragons. To make Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon (ATK/4500 DEF/3800)". The three dragons fused together into one.
"I activate Chthonian Polymer. Now your Ultimate Dragon belongs to me, after I give up one of my monsters" Smith face down monster was shattered and my dragon went to his side.
"NO!!! My dragon. I end my turn".
Smith drew his card "Don't look to sad, atleast your dragon is going to be put to good use. Attack my dragons" He commanded both dragons fired.
"I activate Hollow Life Barrier. By discarding one card from my hand I don't take any battle damage this turn from one of your monsters. And I use it on the Ultimate Dragon attack". I discarded my card. But my Drillago didn't survive the hit.
"Did you forget my Darkness Dragon?" He asked me knowing victory was his.
"Did you forget about my face down card? Go Scapegoat". The card revealed itself, but it was then destroyed.
"What?" I asked a little confused.
"Poor Spencer a little slow, well let me get you up to speed. Does the card Magic Jammer ring a bell. By discarding one card I can destroy a spell card you activate."
The attack landed. My LP:300 Smith LP:1100 I fell to one knee.
"Now it's your turn. So draw your last pathetic card."
I stood back up "My deck has no pathetic cards Smith." 'Let destiny choose' I thought as I drew my card
"I set monster face down and activate Monster Reborn. Return Drillago (ATK/1600 DEF/1100) attack him directly" I commanded
Smith had a nervous look on his face, because he coudn't believe he ws about to be given his first loss. By a local duelist with hardly any fanbase or dueling status as a professional duelists.
The drill from Drillago hit him in the chest bringing the rest of his life points to zero. Smith fell to his knee's and the holograms disappeared. Jackie was cheering in the back.
"That's the game." My duel disk deactivated and disconnected.
"How could you defeat me? I'm the top ranked duelist in the world." Smith said still not believing he lost for the first time.
I walked up to him and gave him a bit of wisdom "Even the best can be beat." I turned to walk away then I thought of something "Oh, yeah, Smith always remember there's a first time for everything." With that said me and Jackie walked away leaving Smith with his thought's to go celebrate my victory.
'There's a first time for everything. Next time we meet Spencer I'll regain my status as the number one duelists in the world'. He thought and got up and went the opposite way we were going.
